Duncan showed us his eclectic mix of motors
We were lucky, yesterday, to enjoy a unique opportunity and visit the premises of Duncan Pittaway, near Bristol. Duncan showed us his eclectic mix of motors, from the fire-breathing 1911 Fiat S76 four cylinder 28 litre land speed record car to the outrageous American Cheetah ‘Cobra Killer’, a full race Plymouth Barracuda fastback, G.N. V8 specials, Curtiss aero-engined Monarch vintage special and 1895 Salvesen steam carriage, as well as his sublime Bugatti Type 35! Duncan’s wealth of knowledge of his cars and amusing anecdotes entertained us and we owe him a debt of gratitude!
